In addition to his work with Liberty Communications, Joseph M. Land, Sr. also serves as a Commander in the U.S. Naval Cadet Corps, where he is the volunteer Chief of Staff of the American Cadet Alliance, our nation's oldest nationwide Cadet Corps.

Commander Land is accountable for the day-to-day operations and development of a nationwide 501(c)3 youth training program, serving young men and women age 12-18.

A veteran of nearly 30 years in uniform, starting as a young Cadet, Commander Land has dedicated his adult life to instilling the values of Honor, Courage and Commitment in America's youth.
